Frequently Asked e-Card Questions

A. An e-Card is an electronic version of our different cards which certain travel companies have been authorised to issue to you as part of there various marketing programs and received the same benefits of a Kids Eat Free Card or VIP Shop & Dine 4Less Card.

A. Your travel provider will issue you an electronic version of the Kids Eat Free Card or VIP Shop & Dine 4Less Card which can simply be printed on any plain white standard sheet of paper.

A.  Each e-Card will provide a direct link to a “Printable List” as well as a QR Code for mobile access from any smart phone or via our mobile apps.

A. You simply show them the printed eCard that prominently displays the eCard logo, your name, travel dates, name of your travel provider and other itinerary information.

A. No. If it does not contain an image of an eCard or if it states that it is a Voucher, you must follow the specific redemption instructions listed on your documents to reem your Voucher for for actual eCard. Vouchers are NOT accepted at restaurants.
